What should I expect during a session?
Sessions involve relaxing in a comfortable setting while a practitioner guides you through specific visualizations. You are not being “hypnotized” in the way that we imagine from hypnotist shows. You do not lose control, and you do not do or see anything contrary to your own personal beliefs. Guided imagery is totally respectful in addition to being relaxing and safe.
What if I am not very visual?
Even people that do not visualize benefit from listening to the prompts. The brain is truly amazing.
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
No special preparation is needed. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to relax.
